Zac

Owner

…bringing over 14 years of experience to the business. Inspired by his father, a lifelong plumber, Zac completed his apprenticeship under his mentorship and built the business from the ground up. Through hard work and a commitment to quality, he’s earned the trust of a loyal local clientele. Outside of work, Zac enjoys time with family and friends, staying active, and chasing after his daughter.

Food fat should never be poured down the sink. It can lead to significant blockages, and should always be disposed of properly elsewhere.

Nick

Leading Hand

…as our first team member, and we’re so grateful he took the leap. With over 11 years of experience, he’s known for his quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong client relationships. Nick’s passion for plumbing comes from his love of working outdoors and the satisfaction of delivering quality results. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, training, and spending time with his son.

Plumber

…bringing over 16 years of industry experience. Known for his friendly nature and strong work ethic, he’s great at building relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Tyler values the stability plumbing offers and takes pride in delivering quality work. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, the gym, and spending time with his dog.

Jordan

Project Manager

…ZC’s very first carpenter—as we expand into the carpentry space. With 8 years of experience, Jordy’s worked alongside our crew on past projects and quickly proved a great fit. He’s always been drawn to the hands-on, creative nature of carpentry and the variety it brings. Outside of work, you’ll find him pottering at home, enjoying a meal out, relaxing in a beer garden, or chasing the perfect vanilla slice.

You don’t stop learning when your apprenticeship ends.

Kai

Plumber

…and has quickly grown into a skilled, dependable plumber. Hardworking and quick to learn, he’s already showing leadership beyond his years. With 4 years in the trade, Kai was drawn to plumbing for its variety and lifelong practical skills. In 2024, he proudly placed 3rd in the Hunter region at the WorldSkills Plumbing & Heating competition—a testament to his talent and dedication. Outside of work, Kai’s all about the ocean—fishing, surfing, spearfishing, and camping.

Snakes and rats can actually come up through your toilet. Rare, but it’s been known to happen!

2nd Year Apprentice

…as a first-year apprentice and quickly became an integral part of the team. Drawn to the trade by the variety of work and the endless opportunities to learn, Ben has embraced every challenge with enthusiasm. He’s conscientious, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand. His eagerness to grow and his positive attitude make him a standout apprentice. Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing sport, camping, and spending time with his mates.
